I got my yoga mat out last week to exercise and didn't see the thing. realized I was stung when my hand swelled and began itching then hurting. I couldn't find the stinger, it was swollen so badly. but other than that i didn't feel ill so didn't worry too much about it. the next morning I soaked it and found the stinger and got it out and while sweeping the floor found the dead thing.
