@Theta Carinae Following up on an interview--especially one this strong--... I'd certainly to it after waiting a respectful length of time. It shows a real interest in the position being offered, and initiative. (But one should not "follow up" too much.) I might also use eMail (a good reason to ask for the interviewers business card): that's less intrusive than a phone call. It's a strategy thing.
