You're doing fine. Just make sure you know why scripts are working, and not just 'that they work'. Then when they stop working, for whatever reason, you'll have alternative methods of achieving your goal.
I say, make sure you know your basics and keep plugging away. Slow and steady wins the race. Even if you only do $40 a day but, do it every day. Then on the days that you would normally be off, on a regular job, you can still make a bit. Best advice I can give anyone is make sure you know this stuff by heart. Then everything else you add will make sense and you'll know why.:)

Also, in your specific case, I think you''re doing just fine.:) I explain things to you and they make sense. That's good enough for me.
Thanks, I have been meaning to bookmark these in the forum for quick access to share with those who come in, I also need to read through it the next time Dean has a visit with the doc.
My favourite book until I was 5
This is my favorite book! Or it was when I was little. Kohls has a line of books and stuffed animals for $5 each, the money is for charity, anyhow, 3 different friends/family members purchased the set for me as a gift.

BF putting me in a bad spot.. Him and sisters want me to be "companion" for their 90 year old mother who is in assisted living. Involves hour or so every morning, plus hour travel time - $25. How to say no thanks without offending?

"It'd be much more cost-efficient to hire someone close-by and not spend $25 on gas each day."

I need to find this. Ella was a late, very late, reader. She has the entire Bad Kitty set and Skippy John Jones. She would love these. Good news is that her reading took off last year and now she is an excellent speller. Her math skills need to catch up now because they focused so much on reading that she fell behind. I'm not worried because her math was always solid until they micro-focused on the reading. I just love childrens books though.

They could then have their mornings free and also not have to pay extra at the assisted living place. Feels like my life/schedule is less important..

I was always "pokey" as a kid. I was too busy thinking about math/science/psych to move quickly. Movement always came in second to thought, in my world. And if I thought too much, movement would cease entirely until I solved whatever mental problem I was trying to work out. Yup. They called me pokey. I thought they moved entirely too much. :)
Prefs, yo.

Anyone having issues logging into Prolific on Chrome? It is giving me a 500 error, I have cleared cache, etc and still the same issue. I can however log on through Fire fox, but I hate fire fox.

Any way that's comfortable for you. Why wouldn't one of their family members be the first choice? Sounds like you're too nice, and they know it. Just tell them you've got some other thing. Do they turk? Do they know that you do? Tell them you've got a study that you have to be available for between whenever and whenever. It really shouldn't matter what you say. I don't feel comfortable or I don't want to, should be enough.:)

BF lives with me and knows I Turk to pay the house bills/groceries. His sisters are retired and live closer, he is self-employed and only works a few weeks a year. They just don't want to have commitments.. :shifty:
