Because virtually NO ONE we work with would have a clue who she was talking about. Mom goes by her first name. Not even sure most people know her last name?

And no, the last name isn't less prone to mispronunciation. The first name isn't prone to it, either. She just cannot seem to remember it. There are only two syllables, lol. My name has more syllables and she nails it every time lol.

I've been following along, so here's my two cents...
Ask her if she knows she's doing it.
Ask her why she's doing it.
Tell her to fix it or else.
Not in those exact words obviously, and change direction depending on what you hear, but there's no reason to let that go on in my opinion.

PE: $1.10. Crud. Today sucks for me turk wise.

But got the kid home from his first day of high school and it the fact that he is now no longer nervous is easy to see on his face and in his body language. When I dropped him off I could see he was really scared (no one else would see it, he's super stoic, but I could see it). Things went wrong today on a small scale. but he figured it out and now he's no longer nervous about high school!

That takes the sting off of me earning next to nothing today

I've been following along, so here's my two cents...

Yeah, we'll have to ask her to fix it soon. She knows she's doing it. She goes through a list of names half the time, so she is aware. If it is still going on next week I'll ask her if there is a way we can help her remember easier so she's not confusing people.

I do like her for many reasons, want to keep her, I really do!

(thank you for your two cents, and everyone else who has offered advice! It super helps to get me out of my own mindset and take a differing viewpoint. I want to be a good boss and not always assume my perception is totally correct and there is no room for other views!)

I was disappointed, she kinda just googled stuff and I suppose she knows what she is talking about but I didn't really get much out of it tbh.

I have only just cleared 10K so these are making a difference, worse, by my count, there are still potentially 50 more on the way!

When did you complete the hits? Are these from trying to obtain the qual or post qual?I ask due to the fact this is a new requester. If they are from trying to obtain the qual, I wonder if the req had enough people and did not understand that rejections have a serious consequence for us. Just a thought.
