may not be negative
but I just noticed that the only reason I wanted to do this one was the word 'recruiting' instead of the good TO, and pay/time ratio

I always somehow knew it would come to this. I showed you nothing but kindness. Discarded and abandoned, ditched, dumped, forgotten. I was even fine with all of your other wives, up to about the fifth. Alas.

what's funny is that going through this survey showed me just how much worse my childhood could have been,
and how comparatively good it actually must have been.
I always had clothes, food, shoes, friends, and spent most of my days outside in the creek across the street,
or next door with my friend (due to his handicap, going outside was sometimes a challenge, but usually his goal anyway)
rarely got beat, but looking back that only happened when I should have gotten beat
- as a result, I've only hit my own kid once, when she deserved it, and only a smack on the ass and sent to bed
might have been a risky move on my part, since her mother and I never went ot court for custody and only have our arrangements based on fairness to each other

I never considered my childhood to be good or bad
but I guess now I see that it was pretty good
