So yeah, uhhhh.....this kinda feels totally scammy and such. I emailed the req but yeah, something seems totally WRONG here to me

It looks like an international university requester who is trying to do payments via direct bank deposits. Still sketchy to ask for all this detail and not provide other options, but it doesn't appear to be malicious to me. Hopefully they reply and will agree to compensate through MTurk.
