Made some progress on the internet issues I think... Found out the hotels routers are on the 3rd floor and we're at like the opposite end on the 1st floor. We're moving rooms this afternoon. Plus she ordered upgraded routers that should be in sometime this week. So I figure something has to work soon even if it is Comcast.
