Picking near the back has its upside. The snake draft allows you to get an early pick the next round as a compensation for picking so late. I get to pick 3rd but then I have to wait forever before I can get another pick and a lot of good guys will be drafted in that time. Best bet is to just wing it and do what feels right.

RaceNote, based in Omaha, Nebraska, was involved in the most recent string of Midwest earthquakes. As valued customers, partners and friends, we felt it was best to communicate the ramifications of this directly to you.

Our headquarters were impacted by the earthquake, this we know. What we don't know is the amount of time and resources it will take to rebuild.

Early reports indicate that both a pen and a copy of the 2016 budget had fell onto the floor. Other damage included the 1/2" displacement of the corporate trash can as well as the loss of 175 ml of water from the water cooler.

At this point, the amount of volunteer efforts needed to overcome this devastation are unknown. Preliminary estimates from building owner Jim Linder and RaceNote Operations Crew Chief, Kyle Tautenhan, believe it will require 7.5 minutes of labor from an underpaid intern.

Earthquakes are a force to be reckoned with. And although the damage sustained is palpable, our building was moderately prepared for this because of the daily vibrations emitted from office mate Max Kaeter's lack of exhaust system.
