Change your address on MTurk and on Amazon Payments. Then you've got a 50/50 chance that your state qual will change by itself or it won't change at all and you'll be stuck with the state qual you currently have. It's a known issue, according to Amazon, that it changes for some people and not for others and they don't know how (or don't want to take the time or have the staff) to fix it.

Awesome. I don't mind being stuck with the qual with my current state. Just want to make sure I don't run into any troubles with any blocks on surveys and such for entering conflicting demographic information.
