I've never done it but finished at 3k quite a few times now.

It's all about getting in the zone, putting some good tunes on, and shutting your brain off.
Basically it's...."turn on, tune in, and drop out"

i was scared for awhile. took his advice. get in the zone. have no pants on and make that money. nothing else exists.
