Just pour out 1oz of coffee, and put in sugar. Its a good balance.
Do you think 1oz of coffee=sugar in calories? Whelp I just put half in my usual amount anyway.

Good morning, trying to get used to no sugar in my coffee. Not sure if this is the diet change I really want to make.
I've been trying to cut back on the amount of creamer I put in my coffee, but it's a tough adjustment. Now I can actually taste the coffee.

Have you ever tried stevia? stuff is great and it's natural for those who care about that crap

Yes, good coffee helps. We have a pour over glass coffee maker with a filter that supposed to let in all the flavor, etc and I still need milk and sugar. Hubby likes dark roast and I thinks it's too bitter.

Thats why I get sugar-free sugar. Sweet n low! You may die young, but you won't die full of sugar. It'll be full of chemicals lol

I was in a nice restaurant once in DC area. I asked for Turkish coffee after dinner and if ya all know what they do to their coffee you know what i did with it. The snooty French waiter watched with approval.
