I had to fax it to them. Fax it to every number they give you, twice if you can... they don't uh exactly have their crap together over at amazon payments so it sometimes takes a few tries.

Use one of those fancy printer phones that guy on the sonic commercial talks about to send them a copy of your utility bill as proof of residence.

Also call them and they'll let you know how to proceed. In my case she gave me the fax numbers and a free fax website

Yes. Then call Amazon Payments on the phone in the morning and figure out what you need to send to them to get your bank account linked, if that's the problem.

Also, it will have about a 6hr delay for it to show up into your ap account. And, you can only transfer once a day from mturk to ap.
