03/13 - Mostly Simple Monday!

I caught 17 CSATs but most were repeats. Probably returned a good 13 of them. Also, no way I could that many before their timers ran out.

I spent 2 hours today waiting to get a specific tire put on my car, at the tire place we always go to. After 2 hours they come up to me and say that they don't have the tire in stock (after they said they did when I arrived, for my scheduled appointment, for a tire I pre-ordered) and they can't work on my car today. Said it'd take 2 weeks for that "specially tire" to come in. A tire that they literally had up on a wall behind the counter with a big " in stock" sticker on it (it also says "In stock" on their website). They gave me a buttload of attitude and then ignored me.
Ugh...I tell my husband, he calls in furious, they bend over backwards for him and tell him they can overnight it.

hate that. and hate that it's STILL like that. mechanics.........

Today sucks.
