Then I'd recommend calling the pharmacy that fills your anxiety med and asking the pharmacist what you can take that won't cause an interaction problem with your medication.

I suggest a hot bath with a cold washcloth on your forehead. But if not that, then I would try a combination of hot and cold washcloths. One on your forehead, one on your neck. (I've been suffering from migraines since I was five.) Also consider having someone bring you a fever cooling path - they do wonders for distraction. I always have some around, just in case. Sorry you don't feel good.
