What's the deal with the login in OCMP5s? Been gone all day.

That's what happens occasionally when OCMP breaks all the things.
They've been extra-broken since early this afternoon. #ocmpfail

First it was the usual 'maintenance' error page. Then it was an infinite redirect loop. Then it was the login page, and there it's stayed for something like 8 hours and counting.
