I think when your Amazon timer is messed up, it's often related to your own computer's internal clock being off. Is there a sync clock kinda option in your computer settings? (Maybe someone more articulate on this issue can chime in.)

What do you do when the questions do not match the diagram? How in the world do you know which one is the correct answer without seeing the diagram?
