I like those. It shows that they're aware actual humans are doing the tasks. Better than requesters who don't care or don't care to know and want to ignore the human part and just get their work done without thinking about the people doing the work.

Yeah...tree came down on the backside of their detached garage, beat up the fence and put a few dings in their PT cruiser. It's mostly going to be a pain to clean up. I ran up there yesterday with our chainsaw, and it's tree horror show everywhere.
