I doubt they're going to make much progress until these crazy winds die down a bit. Today the windows in my apartment were rattling because of how strong some of the wind gusts were.

Yeah it died off a bit here today in Vallejo and the smoke cleared out for the most part but the winds are picking up again as they always do at night off the bay

It is... entire neighborhoods are gone and hotels, shopping centers etc etc just ash. Never seen anything like it.
