I was innocent before being corrupted by this place, but now my mind is alive with dangerous ideas.

I make one every Summer Solstice, using different jellos that blend into a rainbow and call it Happy Hippie Cake. Topped with Dream Whip, it is amazingly moist and delicious!

Why India?

It is just an educated guess based on reading a lot of things written by someone who learned English as a second language.
It could be anywhere, but I have a strong reason to believe that this was someone who learned British English...which many people from India have. It was not meant to be derogatory.
