I did it on a piece of angle iron, that some jackass left in my yard, when my feet shot out from under me and I went ass-over-tea kettle.
Went through a down jacket, a hoodie and a flannel to finally end up in my arm meat. I thought I just scratched myself until I looked in the snow and it was a horror show. Then I looked at the 3" slice and 1" gaping wound and said, "Oh, this is bad."EDIT Now that I think about it, I'm glad it hit my arm and not my head.
