They have a beef with me because I asked them not to play in this easement area behind my house. It's for city utilities. I asked them nicely on Wednesday not to play back there (It's not easily accessible).

I just found out one of my neighbors saw them today and chased them off. Same kids. She actually went out front and confronted them and they took off like crazy. So it is kids thinking it's funny to vandalize the mean neighbor lady who asked them to not play on property where they are trespassing.
