It irritated the fuck out of me so I gave it to DI. Now I just use the regular Swiffer with the wet things.
Tell me more. What's the difference? What is "the wet things"? I'm a Swiffer virgin.

the pre moistened pads or you can just buy a big bottle of floor cleaner and spray your floor first then use the dry pads to wipe

The squirty thing with the cleaning solution never worked very well and I just didn't think it was any better than https://www.amazon.com/Swiffer-Sweeper-Broom-Cleaner-Starter. The replacement pads were more expensive and I didn't think the motor really added anything and sometimes it didn't seem to pick up all the grime. Some people seem to love it, though. Sorry, I'm a bit into the :vanyanka: so I'm not super articulate at the moment.

You can buy dry cloths or wet cloths that wrap around the mop/sweeper.

You can buy wet-wipes for the non-motorized Swiffer.

I'm picturing replaceable dry cloths that are probably on Etsy and available in a variety of cute colors...

Edit: OH YESSSS! https://www.etsy.com/search?ref=aut...er=most_relevant&view_type=gallery&ship_to=US

That's what i meant with the pre moistened pads. Back when i was super cheap though i'd just use a shop paper towel and attach it to the swiffer. shop towels are thicker than regular paper towels. Worked fine

When WalMart has flannel on sale when spring starts is a great time for stocking up fabric to sew swiffer/steamer pads :)
