Who do I contact to retract a requester I reported? "A short online shopping survey"

I was doing this survey
A short online shopping survey (~5 min)(~ 4 minutes)
and I did what they said, you have to take a pic of their QR code then they say to put in a website on your phone, well I did this and it went right to a porn page, disgusting!! I got out right away and I reported it but then I read the requestor's reviews and I've been thinking what if it was my phone, or what if I put the address in wrong and it's not their fault.. so now I'm not sure what to do. I would like to un-report it I guess but how do I do that?

I wouldn't even worry about it. They don't pay much attention to reports unless they get a lot of them or it's something super serious.

There is no way to un report, but mturk does have a contact form that you can use if you want to https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-mechanical-turk
