So the only method of receiving payment is with amazon.com gift cards. Fair enough. I found some .com products that ship to UK (global shipping). So I'll buy some stuff. But are has anyone found a way of transferring the gifts cards to cash? I read something about setting up a hyperwallet but there is no page to navigate to within amazon turk that allows you to set this up, nor to enter a US bank account which it also suggests an an option. It doesn't appear possible set up hyperwallet direct from hyperwallet.com either. Complicated
