Website crawling

I have the following request:

I have a csv file with ~800 website links

I would like someone to code a crawler that goes to the Internet archieve (wayback machine) types in the respective website and saves the website text for random date each one for the year 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. And then places the website text in the column next to the Website link in the csv file.

Would this be possible via mturk?

How much do I have to expect to pay?
