First, I would dedicate one whole day to trying to build up your hits. I would not worry about money for that day because your goal is to build up hits (in your case, 1000). I cannot specifically recommend any requestor by name that would be relevant. However, in my opinion, this is what I would do. Go to your Mturk home page and select the filter option. Search for the most available hits that you're qualified for and set your payment at zero. For the sake of my recommendation, I researched a few requestors that have lots of available hits. I chose requestor Brett M. Warner. He has over 10,000 hits available with two reviews. The pay is crummy but remember you're trying to build up your hit count. It took me about one minute and sixteen seconds to do the hit. So in order to get a thousand hits, you would probably need to complete his hits as a batch and work for about 16-18 hours. Other Turkers might have better ideas but that is generally how you build up your hits. I personally think doing batch hits like that is a waste of time. I look at Mturk as a profit and the payout needs to be worth my time hourly. Over the years I've built up my hit count by doing high paying hits or fast paying hits and built up my qualifications. This works for me and I can usually hit my goal this way. I have installed panda to collect the certain types of hits that I work on to help me grab them faster. I also use Mturk Engine which is probably my favorite Mturk Script.
