Some questions on accepting hits

Hello! I'm new to the forum and sort of new to MT. I've been working with MT since late last year. So far, I've found two companies I like to work for.

One of them, though, I'm noticing that as soon as their hits are up, and I'm talking SECONDS later, the hits are all gone. I'm assuming somebody is using some kind of bot or software or something to auto-accept them.

The other, I never know w/o checking constantly whether or not they have posted any HITs. Is there any way to be notified that they've posted them? Or to auto-accept them?

Hope these are not silly questions. As I said, I'm a newbie. Thank you so much for reading!

You'll probably get a lot more answers posting in the general, daily thread, but the answer is yes. There are a lot of tools and scripts you can use to help you find and grab hits.
Not sure if you have anything already, but there's Jr Panda Crazy and Jr Panda Crazy Helper, Hit Scraper and MTurk Suite

You'll have to install something called Tamper Monkey for some of this stuff
