What's happenning? I want to accept the work but it seems that it needs some qualification even though there's none.

some reject hits work but I have no other source of work not from us.

Is there any way I can do for them to unblock me?

It sounds like the requester just blocked you. You could try contacting them and asking them to remove the block, but aside from that there's not really anything you can do.
