Safe number hits? (and a few other questions)

Hello MTC. I'm really new to the scene (this is my fourth mturk day) and so far I've only completed ~45 hits. I want to know what are the safest number hits. So far I've did quite a few hits for Michael Turk (the ones with the videos and counting ppl) and haven't got any rejection, but there are a lot more hits from p9r (from which I've got my first reject and although I wrote to them to reverse it I haven't heard back), ScoutIT and 411Richmond. Which of these requesters is in your experience the best at the begining?

Also... I've scrubbed $3 in 3 days and that feels rather abysmal
I gotta say I'm only using hitscrapper and turkopticon so far. I have installed page refresher but I'm not really sure how it's supposed to help me(I've read the guide and call me dense but...) . Is there a script that adds a PandA button to the hits?

P.S. I'm not from the USA so I've seen a lot of inaccessible hits.

Turking outside of the US is not easy, for sure.

You may want to look into Turkmaster for using PandaA links. You keep is open on your dashboard page, and it will add buttons so that you can "Watch this HIT". Here is the tutorial: http://www.mturkcrowd.com/threads/turkmaster-tutorial.1203/

Something that may also be of use to you is this side: http://hitnotifier.com/
It grabs HITs posted on various forums all in one place, but more importantly, you can filter out the US only HITs. So go to that website, then to options, then scroll down to HIT filter options, and then check Hide US Only HITs. Then when you go back to the Latest tab it should only show you HITs available for non US turkers.
