I've been communicating with a researcher who is doing some work on content moderation and is looking for examples of situations (either HITs on MTurk or work on any other sites like UpWork, CrowdFlower, etc.) where workers have seen content moderation work with with special requests. Here's what he says:

"We’re doing a research on content moderation (How does it work? How much do workers get paid? etc.). Sometimes content moderators receive "special requests” to remove specific content that is not included in the usual guidelines (it’s not pornographic or gore etc.). For example when Bin Laden was killed a lot of companies requested to keep images and videos of him out of their websites, or to remove a specific public figure like Sarah Palin for whatever reason. We’re looking for a visual proof of such requests. It could be a screenshot of the text, or a saved email or a chat log. Anything that can show one of these “special requests” that are not part of the usual guidelines. We can pay for them. If you have any please get in touch and we’ll discuss the details."

He is willing to compensate workers for any help they can provide. If you'd like to get in contact, he gave me permission to post his email address here: francomattes@gmail.com

Thanks! :)
