Hi all,
About 2 years ago I posted some HITs on mturk and had a good experience finding qualified turkers to complete the task.
I am planning to post some more next week, and I wanted to check in whether anything major changed in the last years, in terms of how we post jobs, good practices, etc. What I was paying attention to last time:
- Adding estimated time for completion of the task
- Ensuring that the base pay is reasonable (> $10/hour), and adding a bonus for meeting specific criteria
- Qualification tests should be integrated within the HIT and not outside (as it was cumbersome to complete external quals)
- Qualification tests should not take more than 20-30 seconds
Did I miss anything in terms of good practices, or maybe some things are done differently now?
