you don't remember the email addy you used? I would think you could do it that way. I wish I had other advise

generally your mturk account is linked to your regular amazon account. have you tried to login with your normal Amazon.com username/password? there is also a forgot password link on the work.mturk.com login screen. If that doesn't help then contacting Amazon through its help line or chat support will be the only way to get your account back up.
