Does the first "CA" refer to Canada? Does the "US-CA" refer to "US and California" or "US or Canada"?

Location is one of: CA
US-CA
Requirement not met

I live in California.

After more research it seems that "CA" means "Canada" when it is by itself.

Yes, it's a state qual. If it's preceded by 'US-' then it's a state.

So I assume "Location is one of: CA " means Canada.

It would say "Location is one of: US-CA" if it meant California.
