Newbie Question Hits Approved

Hi,
I just joined last week, I currently have 110 hits submitted and 65 were approved, one was rejected. I was wondering about the other 44 hits pending approval. How long do some hits take for approval or do some hits never get approved are they always pending? I was just wondering the average...thanks for any help....

Hits have to approve (or reject) sometime; the latest it can take is a month.

Some requesters are more reject-happy than others though so be careful who you work for.
