New Turker and trying to transfer my earning

Hi guys. Is it my understanding that once I transfer my earnings from mturk to my amazon payment account, it can take 3-5 days to go into my bank account? I've done some research and this seems to be the answer but I wanted to make sure.
Also, has anyone had any problems with amazon financial information being hacked? I've always been extremely worried about sharing my bank account information online since I had an account hacked 4 years ago.

It can take that long, but for some people it's shorter. It really depends on your bank, your bank branch, what time you transfer, what day of the week, etc.

I've never personally had a problem with being hacked via Amazon. I would just suggest making sure you have secure passwords and take the usual internet safety precautions of not giving out your passwords, not logging into your bank or Amazon Payments on public computers, and those sorts of things.
