Im new and cannot figure out why I can't add scripts.

I've read and watched a number of how to install extentions for TURK and can't figure it out. Did something change? Or if you're a noob does it not let you install scripts yet?

My Dashboard looks different then the utubes and I can see that I've got Tampermonkey on the browser but there is no "scripts running". I've looked at various extensions. I can't seem to get any of them running with the site. What's up?
