How do I know if I have already done a hit?

I refresh my hit list often for hits I am qualified for. While I remember many that I have already done, I often have to go look at the hit to recognize it. I feel like I am wasting quite a bit of time reviewing old hits. Is there a way to tell if I've already done a particular hit?

The first time you update it may take a long time, so do it after you're done for the day and just let it go.

Update it at least once a day or so and then you can use it to easily search for survey's you think you've done before.

There are lot of similar questions in each survey, so some may seem the same and aren't. *Most* surveys have a way to screen you out if you've already done it, still, having the database is your best bet.
