How did a requester know my first name?

My public profile - doesn't have my name nor the AMT number on it.
Please explain how when I wrote via the AMT "contact requester" I get a email that says

JFC, if she knows my first name then she probably has all info on me, correct?

I have everything on amazon.com profile set to private. How did she know my first name? Probably know my last name also.
