To start things off, I retired from the US Air Force back in Aug 2008 and have been living off my pension as my only income for the past 9 years. Enough to cover all the bills and whatnot, but no extra cash. I finally decided it was time to find another source of income to supplement my retirement check, and found my way to AMT back in May (via an article in Money Magazine) and submitted an app, which promptly got rejected. Lo and behold, Aug 1st they sent me an email saying I was approved! I had forgotten all about it by then, so was fairly surprised when I got accepted.
The first week was pretty meh as I fumbled my way through, not really having a clue as to what I was doing. I submitted a few surveys here and there, and did some other misc. tasks. I then started searching for info on how to do things better (have to give some credit to this site!) and started reading about the various scripts. I started out installing Hit Scraper and suddenly life had changed! As I got used to that, I wanted more. I loaded up the HIT Database Mk. II, and playing around with the projected earnings gave me some goals to shoot for. I kept reading about Panda Crazy and didn't really understand what it was until about a week or so ago. Once I installed that and had it running...well I see where the crazy comes from
Things have turned around quite nicely from what it was that first week, and I'm loving my new "job" After a little over 3 weeks, I'm sitting at 1126 HITs approved (99.6% approval rate) and $355.19 total earnings, so things are looking pretty good and I still have a lot to learn. Looking forward to the future, and thanks for having me!
