I downloaded an android app called Jefit, which keeps track of any fitness routines you set up in it. I decided to post this here when I realized that it actually emails you a weekly report similar to mturk's. Jefit can be kind of difficult to set up at first, and I actually almost just dropped it when I couldn't figure things out in the first minute, but once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty nice fitness recording app. Anyways, here's my weekly workout report: Spoiler: Large image I just started using the app about a week and a half ago, which is why I have "20 broken records." If anyone else would like to share their workout regime, that'd be great!
This past week I started doing more ab workouts. I probably should have done more to work abs before summer started x_x but better late than never, eh? I also lifted a total of about 25,000 pounds more this week. Pretty decent!!
My total weight lifted stat is probably going to start tapering off now. I can tell I'm starting to reach my threshold.
