I have no idea. You will have to request an account from Amazon and see. They are pretty capricious (sometimes opening up to those from other countries and sometimes not). I don't believe I've heard of anyone working from Africa before, but perhaps others have? Perhaps! But you have to ask amazon and 'apply'
