Chrome Extension Toggles

Does anyone know of a good chrome extension that toggles your extensions on and off via the tool bar? I can't seem to find one that doesn't cause a lag. Basically for fast moving batches, so I can shut everything that I use regularly off quickly.

I've been using SimpleExtManager for a very long time. It doesn't do anything that the alternatives clickhappier mentioned don't already do, I just prefer the simple and clean interface and think it looks prettier.
