if you read on "ensuring that equivalent information is exchanged between a non-Union jurisdiction and a Member State .... I believe they are talking about the IRS. enter at your own risk.

You get to end it with this line.

that could work except for the thing about reading the whole "directive" and it talks about "digital platforms." this is everything from fb to twit to well ... us.

So basically if you are not seeling anything online to make a profit, then you do not have to fill it out??

If you read the "directive" you may find that it actually does apply to us. It appears to be a way of tax collection all around the globe. sections 15, 16, and 17 are quite telling.

Sorry for being annoying with the question, but I don't know if any of you do Swagbucks. But if you want to get paid using payoneer, can you use it and use a dave or chime card to transfer your money from payoneer to one of them?
