A @Akai They're pretty slow recently, likely due to the holidays. There's been an unusual amount of German and Spanish-speaking ones lately, so if you speak either/both, it's worth checking out. They had a $14 Spanish one for 30 min last week.

They do throttle you once you start taking many surveys though

Just did this, super easy. Does prolific take super long to approve for others? I'm sitting on like $10 that hasn't been approved...

Honestly just depends. Sometimes I'll do a bunch of surveys and they'll be approved within a day, other times there are a lot pending. Auto approval is 22 days there so

Interesting. I speak Spanish pretty well (not entirely fluent) so I might check that out.

It definitely helps to speak European languages, as they are based in U.K and have E.U Requesters.
Programming knowledge helps as well-I get a few very well paying Java/Python/API requests there.

It's not nearly as good as Mturk, but good to run on the side!
