I think there is some kind of glitch. Occasionally it says there is some sort of script error on turk itself.

No, today is day 18. Is it possible that my probationary period is longer than 10 days? I submitted 68 HITs but I may have returned 32 which would account for the 100 accepted for the day.

Are you still within your 10 day probationary period being a new member? They have a soft cap on daily hits you can do
