Yay! This sounds good. Because of the pandemic, I won't have my son and his g/f come up from where they are right now with her family in Los Angeles, but my mom will come to say hi to the animals and there's still some Sarah Lee Crumble Apple pit I'll heat up that happens to be cruelty free/vegan, so that's an extremely exciting thing to us as well But, you've inspired me. Maybe I'll at least make some mash potatoes and salad. In previous years, I used to do a vegetarian eggs benedict. Now they even have some recipes to make it vegan. Hoping to actually have people around to eat it next year

Yeah, I was hoping to find a vegan cheesecake for dessert, but the closest I came were these "chocolate pots" made with coconut cream and dark chocolate. So I guess that will have to be dessert. I'd be interested to hear about vegan eggs benedict, I miss eggs a lot.
