How do you get notified when a requester posts, is that the include list?

Kind of. If you are talking about in Hit Finder, if you put a requester or specific HIT on the include list, it will show HITs in a different block than in the Recent HITs or logged HITs section. It will also send you a little screen notification when a HIT on your include list posts. There are a couple of specific watcher scripts floating around out there as well, Like OverWatch and a couple of others.

In HIT Finder, yes.

Include list > add > name (checking the "sound" box will read this text) > match (I think you just use their code, so if the requester URL is https://worker.mturk.com/requesters/AI2HRFAYYSAW7/projects you'd just put AI2HRFAYYSAW7) > check strict matching > check whichever notifications you want

I'm not an expert at this yet, so this might not be 100% the best way, but it should be enough to get you started.
