Yeah the patch is nice to curb the need for nic but the habbit of having a cig is still there. Vape should help with that

I see people vaping a lot. Is that different from an e-cigarette? Not trying to sound ignorant, I really don't know what the difference is, if there is one. I smoke maybe 3 of the Camel Crushes (black and blue pack for the win) a day, so I'm not very knowledgeable on the alternatives to cigs

As a nurse ... e-cig still has nicotine, vaping may not (depends on what they choose to vape with).

That part isnt too bad if everything is backed up. The first time i reinstalled my computer without my backup of scripts it took forever

yeah basically the terms are pretty much interchangeable. Although most people who vape / use ecigs will picture an ecig as some of the old school cig-alike type ones with the ends that light up as you take a draw. I think the original term for it was electronic cigarettes
