run a website alert watcher like visual ping or something and it will alert you to new studies posted that you qual for. also make sure to fill out the new demographic quals on the account home page

You've probably read up on Prolific already but one thing that helps me is installing an extension to update about Surveys. On Chrome, I use the Distill app. It auto refreshes the page however often you'd like and pings you if/when something new is up. Kind of like a Prolific Panda.

I'm registered on both conventional survey companies and Prolific. Anthing else out there that has a first-class operation like Prolific?
