Yesterday I saw my niece watching a video about a zoo, and I asked her if she's ever gone to the zoo and she said no. And I made a big deal about how she should visit because it's an awesome place, so then she started bothering her mom about it and now we're all going to visit the zoo next month which is really what I wanted in the first place.

I think when you say it, it just automatically sounds like you’re being rude.

Plus, my natural reaction is to rebel when someone tells me what to do. But there’s an authoritative threshold that you can meet, like catnapped @catnapped did with his bolding of words and exclamation points, where I will just shut up and do what you say (sometimes).

The new taylor swift album is okay. Honestly her singles are the worst songs on the album imo.

Taking the toddler to see Paw Patrol Live next Saturday, and I think I'm more excited to see it than he is. Not sure what that says about me as a 28 year old or as a parent. :thinking::tearsofjoy:
